Sue Thompson is the Head of SPDR Americas Distribution at State Street Global Advisors. She is responsible for developing and leading the Americas distribution strategy across all client channels. Prior to State Street, she was CEO and President at Thompson Peak Advisory and has previously worked for BlackRock and Vanguard. Throughout her career, Sue has had a significant role nurturing female talent across the industry. She is a founding member and board member of Women in ETFs.
